The Return Home Safety Visit is a fixed $225 focused-visit fee. Products, installation work, and modifications are separate unless specifically agreed and quoted.

Does a Return Home Safety Visit replace an occupational therapy home evaluation?
No. The Return Home Safety Visit is a nonclinical review of the physical home environment and does not replace an occupational therapy evaluation.
An OT can evaluate how an individual’s functional abilities interact with the home. Triangle Home Safety can review practical environmental concerns and implement appropriate recommendations the client chooses to share.
Can modifications be completed during a Return Home Safety Visit?
Sometimes, when the scope is straightforward, the appropriate materials are available, and the site conditions allow.
Products and installation work are priced separately from the visit. More involved work is scheduled after the environmental review and scope are confirmed.
Can a family member arrange a Return Home Safety Visit?
Yes. A family member can request the visit and help coordinate the return home.
We agree on access and communication with the person living in the home or the person legally responsible for decisions. Findings are shared only with the people they approve.
