What the Starting Price Assumes
The published starting price assumes the standard conditions of the three focused packages and no major structural, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, or full-remodeling work. The coordinated project may require more than one visit depending on the assessment findings, product availability, and site conditions.
Not Included in the Base Package
- Major bathroom remodeling, curbless-shower construction, or structural wall changes
- Licensed plumbing or electrical work
- Large wheelchair ramps or significant exterior construction
- Major stair reconstruction or custom guardrail systems
- Clinical evaluation or medical recommendations
Starting price. Final scope and pricing depend on site conditions, selected products, and requested work.
Who it is for
A focused package when the main concern is already clear.
Best for families who already know several areas of the home need attention, or who want the assessment and practical implementation handled as one coordinated project rather than scheduling separate focused packages over time.
You do not need to purchase a Whole-Home Safety Assessment first when you already know this is the area you want to address.
The Whole-Home Safety Assessment is included; if already completed, the full assessment fee may be credited under the current policy
We review the written plan and agree on the package items that fit the home
Work is scheduled efficiently and may occur across more than one visit when appropriate
We provide completion information and a 30-day phone or video check-in
Already completed an assessment?
Your full assessment fee can follow you into this package.
If you already paid for a Triangle Home Safety Whole-Home Safety Assessment, the full current assessment fee can be credited toward this package when booked within 45 days.
Credit applies to one qualifying package and cannot be combined with other promotions unless Triangle Home Safety states otherwise.
Assessment credit is automatically reflected in the final project pricing when the current eligibility requirements are met.
How the bundle compares
If all three areas need work, the coordinated starting price is lower than buying each piece separately.
Here is the comparison using the current published starting prices. It is meant to make the package structure easy to understand before final scope is confirmed.
$485 lower than the sum of those published starting prices because overlapping travel, setup, assessment, and coordinated work can be handled within one project.
Already paid for the assessment? The full $295 assessment fee is credited toward the Whole-Home Safety Upgrade when the current eligibility terms are met, so the remaining package balance starts at $2,200 before any scope adjustments.
This is a comparison of published starting prices, not a guaranteed savings amount or final quote. Site conditions, selected products, and agreed scope can change project pricing. Assessment credits are not stacked into the separate-price calculation above.

Find the Right ServiceWhat is included in the Whole-Home Safety Upgrade?+
The Whole-Home Safety Upgrade combines a Whole-Home Safety Assessment with coordinated priority improvements across the bathroom, entry, stairs, and common pathways.
It includes the standard scope of the three focused packages, coordinated to avoid duplication, plus up to four lever-handle conversions total, completion documentation, and a 30-day phone or video follow-up check-in. Final scope depends on the home and site conditions.
Is the Whole-Home Safety Assessment included in the Whole-Home Safety Upgrade?+
Yes. The Whole-Home Safety Assessment and written Triangle Home Safety Plan are included in the Whole-Home Safety Upgrade.
If the assessment was already purchased separately, the current policy allows the full assessment fee to be credited toward a qualifying Whole-Home Safety Upgrade booked within the stated credit window.
How does the assessment credit work with the Whole-Home Safety Upgrade?+
Under the current policy, the full Whole-Home Safety Assessment fee can be credited toward the Whole-Home Safety Upgrade when the package is booked within the credit window shown on the site.
The current credit amount and validity period are pulled from Triangle Home Safety’s central pricing settings and shown on the package and assessment pages. The credit applies to one qualifying package and cannot be combined with other promotions unless Triangle Home Safety states otherwise.
Can the Whole-Home Safety Upgrade take more than one visit?+
Yes. The project may require more than one visit depending on the assessment findings, product availability, and the work agreed for the home.
The goal is coordinated scheduling, not forcing every improvement into one day when doing so would reduce quality or create unnecessary pressure.
Does the Whole-Home Safety Upgrade include major remodeling?+
No. The package is designed around practical minor home-safety improvements, not major structural remodeling or licensed-trade work.
Full bathroom remodeling, structural wall changes, major exterior construction, licensed plumbing or electrical work, and other large projects are quoted or referred separately when appropriate.
