Triangle Home Safety wants its website to be useful to older adults, family members, caregivers, professionals, and visitors who use assistive technologies or different ways of accessing the web.
Our Accessibility Goal
We are working toward a practical level of accessibility consistent with widely used web-accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference point. This is a goal and an ongoing process; it is not a claim that every page or third-party component is perfectly conformant at all times.
What We Work to Support
- clear heading structure and readable page organization;
- keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
- visible focus states for interactive elements;
- meaningful alternative text for informative images where appropriate;
- adequate text contrast and readable type sizes;
- responsive layouts that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile screens;
- form labels, instructions, validation messages, and error feedback that are understandable;
- plain-language explanations for important service, pricing, and scope information; and
- reduced reliance on color alone to communicate important meaning.
Third-Party Content
Some pages may link to or use content provided by third parties, such as maps, external resources, social platforms, booking tools, or other services. We do not control the accessibility of independent third-party websites, but we welcome feedback when a third-party tool creates a barrier to accessing our information or services.
Need Information in Another Way?
If a page, form, document, or feature is difficult for you to use, contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the same information or help through another available method.
Accessibility Feedback
Please tell us what page or feature caused difficulty, what device or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it, and what you were trying to accomplish. Email hello@trianglehomesafety.com. If you prefer to call and a public phone number is listed, you can find it on our Contact page.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is part of our launch and maintenance process. We review new templates, forms, navigation, content, and major site changes with accessibility in mind and will continue correcting issues as they are identified.
