How much does the Stair & Hallway package cost and how long does it take?
The standard one-flight package costs $895 and usually takes 4–5 hours in one visit. It includes four stair lights, hallway lights, compatible stair traction and step-edge strips, plus a suitable existing-rail check. You receive the written total before booking.
Does it include a new handrail?
No. New metal rails start at $500 and new hardwood rails from $600 after checking the length and mounting.
Does the price cover two staircases?
No. The $895 package covers one suitable flight and its nearby hallway. Additional staircases are quoted separately.
Do I need an assessment before booking?
No. If the stairs are your main concern, we can start there. A whole-home review is optional when you want to prioritize several areas.
