Triangle Home Safety Package

Safe Entry & Access

From $895

Focused improvements around one primary entrance and everyday access route.

Why this package

What is included in the Safe Entry & Access package?

Safe Entry & Access focuses on one primary entrance. Under standard conditions it can include a low-profile threshold transition, up to two lever-handle conversions, non-hardwired entry lighting, traction or visibility improvement, and a review of existing entry rails and hardware. The current starting price is displayed separately on the page.

Typical timing: Typically one scheduled installation visit under standard conditions

Easier everyday access

Address a troublesome threshold, hardware, lighting, and the immediate entry path together

Less rushing and fumbling

Improve door usability and visibility at the primary entrance

Clear boundaries

Larger ramps, structural work, and licensed-trade work are identified separately rather than hidden inside a package price

Clear package scope

What is included — and what can change the scope.

Package pricing assumes standard site conditions. We confirm the actual home conditions before work begins so there are no surprises about what is included.

Who it is for

A focused package when the main concern is already clear.

Best for a home where the main concern is getting in and out more comfortably and safely, especially when the needed changes are minor and do not require a full ramp, structural porch work, or major door replacement.

You do not need to purchase a Whole-Home Safety Assessment first when you already know this is the area you want to address.

01 Request the package

Tell us which entrance is the concern and upload photos if available

02 Review the entry

We confirm the threshold, hardware, lighting, steps, and any conditions that change the scope

03 Complete the improvements

We install the agreed items and explain any larger work that should be quoted or referred separately

What is included in the Safe Entry & Access package?+

Safe Entry & Access focuses on one primary entrance, with practical improvements such as a low-profile threshold transition, up to two lever-handle conversions, non-hardwired lighting, traction or visibility improvement, and an entry-path review under standard conditions.

The package is designed for smaller access problems that can be addressed without major construction. Larger ramps, structural porch work, replacement doors, and licensed electrical work are evaluated separately.

Does Safe Entry & Access include a wheelchair ramp?+

The base package does not include a full wheelchair ramp or a larger elevation-change system.

A low-profile threshold transition may be included when the site is appropriate. Larger ramps and significant elevation changes require separate evaluation because the correct solution depends on rise, available space, landings, and other site conditions.

Are new exterior handrails included in Safe Entry & Access?+

New handrail construction is not included in the standard Safe Entry & Access package.

Existing rails and hardware can be reviewed and minor tightening may be completed when straightforward and within scope. New rail work is quoted separately after site review.

Do I need an assessment before requesting Safe Entry & Access?+

No. If the primary entrance is clearly the concern, you can request the package directly.

A broader assessment is more useful when entry concerns are only one part of a larger home-safety picture. If an assessment was completed first, the current focused-package credit may apply.

What if the entrance needs structural work or a larger ramp?+

Structural porch, landing, step, or larger-ramp work is evaluated separately and is not included in the base package.

We distinguish a minor threshold/access improvement from a larger construction project before finalizing the package so the family receives an appropriate scope rather than a misleading fixed price.
