What the Starting Price Assumes
The published starting price assumes standard mounting conditions, an appropriate mounting surface or approved mounting solution, standard products and finishes from our core line, and no structural, plumbing, electrical, or waterproofing remediation. We confirm final scope before work begins.
Not Included in the Base Package
- Toilet replacement or plumbing alterations
- Hardwired electrical work or fixture replacement
- Wall-mounted folding shower benches as part of the base package
- Structural blocking, wall reconstruction, or substantial tile/substrate repair
- Clinical or medical recommendations about the individual using the bathroom

You do not need to purchase a Whole-Home Safety Assessment first when you already know this is the area you want to address.

Apply $100 of your assessment fee toward this package.
If you already completed a Triangle Home Safety Whole-Home Safety Assessment, $100 may be credited toward this package when booked within 45 days.
Credit applies to one qualifying package and cannot be combined with other promotions unless Triangle Home Safety states otherwise.
Assessment credit is automatically reflected in the final project pricing when the current eligibility requirements are met.

Bathroom Safety Essentials combines common practical bathroom improvements such as two standard grab bars, a shower seating solution, traction improvement, nighttime lighting, and a focused bathroom safety review under standard conditions.
The final scope depends on the bathroom, mounting surfaces, selected products, and site conditions. Plumbing, hardwired electrical work, major reconstruction, and other work outside the base package are quoted or referred separately.
Do I need a Whole-Home Safety Assessment before requesting Bathroom Safety Essentials?+
No. If the bathroom is already the clear priority, you can request the Bathroom Safety Essentials package directly.
A Whole-Home Safety Assessment may still be useful when several areas of the home are involved or the family is unsure what should be prioritized. If an assessment was completed first, the current package-credit policy may apply.
Can grab bars be installed in a tiled shower?+
Many tiled-shower grab bar installations are possible, but the correct approach depends on wall construction, tile condition, mounting location, and the requirements of the selected product.
We review the installation conditions before confirming the scope. If the wall or tile condition makes the requested installation inappropriate, we explain the issue and discuss another option rather than forcing an unsafe installation.
Does Bathroom Safety Essentials include toilet replacement?+
No. Toilet replacement and plumbing alterations are not included in the base Bathroom Safety Essentials package.
The package can include non-plumbed toilet-area safety products when appropriate, while plumbing work is quoted or referred separately based on the project.
What if the bathroom needs plumbing, structural work, or major tile repair?+
Work that requires plumbing, structural reconstruction, significant waterproofing, or major tile/substrate repair is outside the standard package scope.
We identify those conditions before proceeding and explain whether the work should be separately quoted or handled by another qualified professional rather than forcing it into a fixed package.
