This Cookie Policy explains how Triangle Home Safety uses cookies and similar website technologies on trianglehomesafety.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small pieces of data that a website may store in your browser so the site can remember information or perform a function. Similar technologies can include local storage, security tokens, and other browser-based identifiers.
Essential Website Technologies
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for WordPress, security, spam prevention, form operation, session continuity, accessibility, or other basic site functions. These technologies are used to operate and protect the website rather than to build advertising profiles.
Server Logs
Our hosting and security systems may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Server logs are not necessarily cookies, but we describe them here because they are part of normal website operation and security.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people find and use the website and to measure whether important website actions are completed. The GA4 tag is not loaded until a visitor chooses to allow analytics. If permission is given, GA4 may use cookies or similar identifiers and may receive information such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser or device information, approximate location derived from network information, and interaction events.
Our launch measurement is limited to practical website analytics and conversion events such as assessment requests, package requests, modification-quote requests, quick-quiz completions, professional-referral submissions, contact submissions, and phone-link clicks. We do not intentionally send the contents of form fields, free-text messages, medical information, or other sensitive information to GA4.
No Advertising or Remarketing Pixels at Launch
Our initial analytics plan does not include advertising pixels, cross-site remarketing, or behavioral advertising profiles. If we later add advertising or materially different tracking technologies, we will update this policy and our consent controls before relying on those tools.
Consent and Analytics Controls
When no analytics preference has been saved, the site presents a choice between Allow analytics and Essential only. GA4 remains disabled unless Allow analytics is selected. After a choice is saved, the consent banner closes. To change a saved choice, you can clear this site’s cookies in your browser and reload the page. You can also use browser settings or privacy tools to limit or delete cookies. Blocking essential technologies can affect website or form functionality.
Google as an Analytics Provider
GA4 is provided by Google. Google’s handling of information is also governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Triangle Home Safety controls how GA4 is configured for this website and uses it for measurement rather than advertising at launch.
Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may link to independent third-party websites. A third party may use its own cookies or tracking technologies when you visit its website. Those technologies are governed by that provider’s own privacy and cookie practices.
Your Browser Controls
Most browsers let you review, block, or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can cause some website features or forms to work incorrectly. Browser controls vary by browser and device.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website technology or data practices change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when material revisions are published.
